A Grade Property Solutions has successfully completed the first phase of our 31 building wood to composite deck replacement project on schedule and within budget. They will continue with the second phase in the Spring of 2018. All required inspections were passed without exception. They maintained a clean and organized job site throughout this phase of the project. A Grade removed and replaced homeowner property from decks as necessary. Good communications with our project engineer, property manager and Board were maintained during this project phase. A Grade had a job site foreman on site at all times during the project.

Agrade Property Solutions was retained to complete a 33 building renovation project this spring at Drakesville at Roxbury Homeowner Association Inc. This project was on the table for several years, and Agrade was always available to meet face to face with the Board to answer their intricate questions and clarify the specifications. From the onset, Christian presented himself and staff leagues above the other bidders (and there were five). Whether it was the detailed change orders with accompanying photographs, or phone calls from the site to show me firsthand what issues needed to be addressed, he clearly held the expertise and drive to handle our association’s demands. t is with great pleasure that I submit this letter with regard to A-Grade Property Solutions. My name is Terri Reddell and I am a Community Manager, employed with Taylor Management Company, located in Whippany, NJ. For the past ten (10) months I have been assigned to Society Hill @ Bernards 1, located in Basking Ridge, where I perform on-site community management duties. I have over 15 years of experience in the property management industry and have worked with countless contractors on a variety of projects, both large and small. Upon assignment here at Society Hill @ Bernards 1, I found that this community was in the midst of a roofing project, involving the replacement of Blaze Guard, fire retardant sheathing. The company who was performing this replacement was addressing the issues one area at a time. It was obvious to me, that this was not in the best interest to proceed in this fashion. Therefore, I contacted a company that I had worked with numerous times over the years. They were unable to meet our needs at that time. However, they referred me to A-Grade Property Solutions and recommended that I meet with Christian Licciardi, President. I immediately contacted Mr. Licciardi, whereupon, he was more than willing to inspect these areas and provide this community with an alternate recommendation on how to proceed. Additionally, Mr. Licciardi provided this community with a bid to perform this work that was a significant cost savings. After receiving approval from the Board of Trustees, Mr. Licciardi worked out a schedule, always keeping in mind the needs of this community, so as to minimize any inconvenience to the homeowners involved. Throughout this project, I found Mr. Licciardi, his Project Manager and his crew to be responsive, courteous and professional. He attended to any homeowner concerns related to their personal property protection and began and completed this project on schedule. Beyond this particular project, I am now utilized A-Grade Property Solutions as my primary contractor in assessing and rectifying any leak issues, both minor and major. As opposed to other contractors I have used over the many years in this industry, his crew is always sure to respond to my requests quickly and efficiently. Mr. Licciardi and/or his Project Manager has always offered a full report of their findings, following up with a thorough repair, resulting in no further issues in that area. I will continue to utilize A-Grade Property Solutions for my roofing needs as well as any other needs of this community, as they have shown their ability to service this community effectively.
