While on site, A GRADE maintenance mechanics are always on the lookout for problem areas developing, whether it is a loose brick in a set of steps or rotting deck rail. We like to address small issues before they become large projects, saving the association money. We can help you analyze, review, prioritize and schedule the maintenance and improvements as issues arise.

Carpentry:  A GRADE employs skilled carpenters who specialize in capital improvement projects within your community.  Whether it may be just one deck, a new fence, or a routine roof repair, our carpenters are more than capable.  Your carpentry projects are our specialty!

Painting & Staining:  We can paint the interiors or exteriors of individual units within your community or the entire property.  We can also refinish exterior items such as decks and wooden walkways, handrails and more.

Power Washing:  We’ll make the exterior of your building look brand new again with a thorough pressure washing to remove years of dirt and algae.  Our power washing includes a presoak solutions that loosens the surface dirt and prepares it to be washed away.  We can also pressure wash sidewalks, parking areas, fences, picnic tables, and tennis courts.

Emergency Services:  Need something repaired in the middle of the night or on a holiday weekend?  Not a problem, we have a skilled handyman ready to take care of any issues you may be having with regards to the maintenance of your building.

Property Inspections:  We can thoroughly inspect your buildings interiors and exteriors to help identify any maintenance problems that you may have or to identify trouble areas before they become an issue.

Roofing & Siding Leaks:  If you have a leak in your roof or siding on your building, or an individual unit we can find the leak and repair it for you properly.  Water issues must be taken care of immediately to reduce mold and to minimize damage and repairs.

Gutter Cleaning & Repair:  If the gutters are not clean, they are not functioning properly.  We can clean out your gutters and leaders and repair any sections that may be causing trouble such as poor placement of downspouts and drains, gutter sections that have been broken by falling branches, windstorms and snow.

Fascia And Siding Repair:  We can repair or replace your fascia boards as well as remove and replace/repair exterior siding.

Assist in Snow/Ice Removal:  A GRADE can assist with your emergency snow removal problems and safety issues related to ice on walkways, parking lots and ramps or stairs.
