Are you satisfied with your current vendors who provide construction and maintenance solutions to your community?  Are they presentable, friendly, show up on time, follow through with their commitments, trustworthy, etc?  If another manager asked you how you would rate them, what grade would you give them?  B?  C?  A?  If you are not getting A GRADE service and quality of work, consider a change.  Here at A GRADE, we want to make you look good!
